Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email notification. In addition to time for processing, the transit time depends on the shipping option selected and destination.
We ship worldwide using Postal Service and DHL. All international orders over €200 can only be shipped via DHL.
When in doubt about choosing a shipping method we suggest DHL.
Please notice that delays caused by bad weather or other disasters (natural disasters, terrorism, wars, meteors, etc.) anywhere in the carrier’s route for your package suspends service guarantee, so if your package arrives late we cannot refund shipping fees.
With this option orders are shipped using the CTT postal service that will hand off to your country postal service for 'door-to-door' hand delivery.
It’s available for packages up to 2 kg and has a limited tracking which means that after international dispatch the information is not guaranteed since it will depend on the destination country and the information that this country provides and also may not show real time tracking.
Orders for destinations inside European Union are typically delivered in less than a week after shipping, for countries outside European Union boarders it will take more than a week, most of them delivered in less than 2 weeks after shipping but depending on any customs procedures of the destination country that may delay the date of delivery.
Although rare package lost is a possibility. Less rare are very long delivery times (higher than 4 weeks). This option should be used at your own risk.
It is not the recommended service and only permitted for orders under €200.
This option is a tracked shipping method and may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination, vast majority will take 1 to 3 business days, delivered by end of day.
For main European Union destinations the order will be delivered in 1 business day after shipping.
For destinations outside European Union the delivery date depends on the customs procedures in the destination country and the time it takes to clear the goods.
This option has a high-quality tracking system detailed and available in real time.
This shipping method does not support deliveries to PO box addresses. If you choose this method for an order with a PO box address Yepkit is entitled to ship the order using other carrier, inclusive postal service, without the guarantees that the DHL shipping method provides.
DHL may not be available for all locations.
DHL express worldwide is the recommend shipping method for shopping from Yepkit.
For destinations inside European Union your order is delivered without the charge of additional taxes or shipping fees after placing your order. European Companies are responsible to comply with the tax obligations for VAT exemption purchases.
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Both Postal Service or DHL are eligible for these fees. There is no way for us to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries DHL and/or postal system may charge you!
If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc we cannot issue any refunds.
YEPKIT is committed in providing the best quality service possible. This includes providing product returns possibilities to our costumers.
YEPKIT accepts returns of unopened products, within a 14 calendar days period. To return a product you need to obtain from us a return authorization code which has to be sent together with the product when shipping back to us. Please do not ship the returned product to us without the return authorization code.
To obtain a return authorization code from us use the form in our Contact Page. In this form fill the required fields ensuring that the "Returns" category is selected. In the message field start by stating that the contact is a return authorization code request. Also in the message field add the order number and the product codes that you wish to return.
Once this contact is received we will process it and if the requirements are met you will receive an email from us with the return authorization code and any additional information that may be useful. The processing of this usually takes one or two business days.
Beware that all shipment costs for the return are supported by the customer.
